LBW has been my place to get my CPR renewal for more than 20 years. Their website is very intuitive and registration for renewal was easy. The hands on testing was quick and straightforward. They have lots of times available for the skills test. One of the best things is that Carmen answers the phone immediately when I have questions. If I have to leave a voice mail, she gets back to me right away. There is no complicated drawn out phone menu. Excellent customer service by competent individuals is what I value and LBW delivers.

The instructor was awesome ! Great energy when teaching which made the class interesting . I was able to absorb everything that was being taught ! I’d definitely recommend for ACLS !
