Completed BLS/PALS/ACLS renewal courses at LBW all within the past week. Dr Messer and Jeremy were excellent in their delivery of the material and testing. I really enjoyed the stress free learning environment. All employees were very professional and helpful!

This is my sixth consecutive PALS course here at LBW and each time it gets better and easier because they make it fun and easy to remember what steps to use in the Mega code and what to expect on the written examination. Last month I also completed my sixth consecutive ACLS course and the same things apply. The staff is excellent knowledgeable and friendly, especially Dr. Meser who has been my instructor for all but one of my sessions. I have taken my BLS/ACLS renewals with Dr Messer at LBW LLC several times and always feel renewed to pass but most love the fact that he does make it as painless as possible! Relieved that it seems so much more realistic with the team approach which is more true to reality. I always learn something in his classes and feel more self-assured. It is well worth the $$ and time to attend the 2-day class for the extra training.
