I took my PALS and TNCC in the same week and both instructors, Blake & Shari, were great! It was a safe space to ask any question and their lectures were so memorable that I could recall the lecture while taking, AND PASSING, the tests! I definitely recommend and will be coming back for my recertifications. Also, it’s a nice area because there is parking and a lot of places to eat for lunch. Clean bathrooms, and they have cookies 👌🏽

Dr. Meser is a great instructor. He made ACLS and BLS recertification simple yet informative!

Carmen's did a great job helping me navigate the mannequin and the computer software. The whole process was efficient and very pleasant will be returning in two years for sure. Also need to get my NRP and I will be coming to LBW.
