Personally I would not recommend Jon for PALS. He recants everything from memory from first day to second day, he is a textbook instructor. The NRP course was excellent from a seasoned nurse who has professional experience in this field.

I took both BLS and ACLS at LBW Training Center with Instructor Blake - he was exceptional! I highly recommend taking BLS/ACLS with him! I have taken this course many times over the years and he was one of the best instructors I’ve had - by far! He kept the course interesting and provided additional information to understand the physiology and the reasoning behind certain interventions (used real-life scenarios and pulled from his own experience). This really helped the information to stick and I believe I will execute the ACLS protocol even better in my practice now that I have completed the course with him.

I needed my BLS and found this class. The instructor John Messer was really good. He made sure that he emphasized the importance of saving a life by doing CPR correctly and efficiently. High quality compressions is a must. He made the class active and was easy to understand. He delivered everything that is easy to understand and follow. Highly recommended and would return again in 2 years.

The instructor was very professional, helpful. Office staff was great. All around a good day!

LBW Training Center has been my go-to training center for my required renewals since I moved to Arizona five years ago. Every experience I have had has been professionally run with very competent instructors. Additionally, everyone who works at LBW is very polite and kind. I would happily recommend the LBW Training Center to anyone!
