BLS renewal was a great experience. The instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the class on task. The location was easy to find. With COVID-19 the accommodations for the class seemed appropriate. Everyone had their mask on. The instructor was good about sanitizing his hands before and after any contact with objects that others had to touch. They had a large bottle of hand sanitize for the students to use at any time. Every person had their own mannequin. Tables were set up with appropriate distancing, with one person per table, and were adjustable so you could have your mannequin on the table to do/ practice CPR and skills for a choking person/baby. The mannequins had build in CPR detection devices so you had immediate feedback if you were performing compressions at the right depth and rate. The test was taken at the end of the class and corrected. I had my e-card later that day.
Just renew my BLS at this facility and I definitely recommend their services. Great facilities, everyone has their own table and mannequins. Staff and customers were all using a face-mask. They followed the AHA protocol as every other place where I have renew my BLS in the past and they sell the handbook too. Will renew my ACLS at this place soon.
"By far the best BLS class I’ve attended. Considering today’s pandemic situation. The class was very comfortable, informative, and all around enjoyable. Instructor Carmen did a great job. "
I WILL BE GOING TO LBW EVERY 2 YEARS! Moving outside of the hospital systems, I was scared and worried about where to go for BLS training. I found LBW through the AHA site and it was amazing! I booked online (last-minute) due to my own schedule and the Skills Session was quick, easy and painless! Their mannequins are well kept and fancy with lights and feedback to let you know the depth of your compression. Also, their tables raise and lower to your height, which for a shorty, was amazing for me! By the time I got back home, my ecard had already been e-mailed to me. Thank you so much LBW, see you in 2 years!

Very informative, interactive, and interesting! I have taken a CPR class in the past at a different company, but this time around I learned so much more. Shane is awesome!
My BLS expired while I was on medical leave, so I chose LBW after a coworker recommended them. I have to say... it was a GREAT class! Easy-going. I want to recognize my instructor Blake as well, nice guy that knows his stuff. Thanks again LBW!
Took a BLS class there. Blake, the instructor, was engaging and entertaining, using stories from his past in hospital and prehospital settings to make certain points. The material was up to date, not the badly produced and even more badly acted 25 year old videos I usually see when taking a cpr class, and the equipment clean and in good condition. With small class sizes and coffee/snacks available, I'll be back in 2 years when I need to re-certify.
I took my ACLS and BLS with Blake as the instructor, and it was great! I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be going back for other classes and recertifications. **Highly recommend**
