Gabe, Amanda, and Carmen were all absolutely outstanding. Thorough instruction and great communication with their students. I have used LBW for multiple classes and have never been disappointed with them (hence why I keep going back).
My partner and I are expecting our first baby in a few months. We took the Friends and Family CPR course taught by Frank last weekend and would recommend it to everyone. The class was two hours, taught in person with hands-on practice. Frank began the class by asking everyone why they were there, then proceeded to individualize recommendations and instruction to each of us given our circumstances. He spent a lot of time talking about children and infant CPR while also demonstrating what to do when a baby chokes. He was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and cautionary (without being a fear-mongerer.) We're glad we signed up for the class!
I did the hybrid Acls and pals so my only interaction (this time at least) was the hands on, and that has changed now so all I had to do was show competence in BLS skills of BVM and compressions. Two years ago we ran megacode and also a couple scenarios for pediatrics and I had a flight nurse who was spectacular. She had so many simple tips and tricks and made everything a lot easier to remember. I don’t even look for other options for ACLS or PALS anymore-I just keep coming here because I like their product and the people here!
I have taken several BLS renewal courses before. This was the most straight-forward and clear class I have ever taken. Dr. Meser tends to repeat himself but only to express importance on the materials that are crucial and relevant to know. He is very concise, professional, timely and provides medical explanations in an understandable manner for BLS concepts that are important to know. I hope I can take all of my BLS renewal courses with him moving forward!
Of all the classes I have taken in my life, the TNCC or any trauma related lecture with Shari Flores will be definitely worth your investment of time and money. I enjoyed it so much, I would like to do it again. Sadly I passed certification with ease. I’ll have to find another class to take. Definitely Recommend!"
Friendly instructors, responsive administrators, overall highly recommend for CPR certification!
Best PALS class I've ever taken. Down and dirty, low stress . Thouroghly enjoyed myself (which never happens)
I don't live in Phoenix anymore, but I still drive back here because I've always had good experiences with certification/re-certification through this group. They're wonderful
Easy, funny and interesting class. The instructors made this class fun and most of all not scary. This is not my first time taking PALS and every time I felt like I had to force myself to be there. This time I felt like I want to stay and listen to instructors for some more. Very easy to understand, videos, hands on, instructors are very knowledgeable about the subject and can answer any of your questions.
