Awesome instructior! He kept us engaged the entire time and highlighted key points in the material to aid in our understanding. I had a code and an rrt the previous night shift and was able to compare what our team needs to improve on.

Always easy to book a class and the instructors are great

John was a fanatic teacher! I feel very prepared to use my BLS skills! Facility is easy to find, and there are ample amounts of parking.
