PALS - Initial or Renewal

For healthcare providers who initiate and direct advanced life support in pediatric emergencies, the American Heart Association’s PALS initial 2 day course is a valuable training tool to improve outcomes for critically ill infants and children. This course is designed for any healthcare provider who is not proficient in pediatric situations, is taking PALS for the first time, or has allowed their card to expire.
AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE THE CURRENT PROVIDER MANUAL (2020 guidelines) IN CLASS WITH YOU.
The (AHA) requires that you complete the PALS Precourse Self-Assessment and Precourse Work before you come to class. Print out your certificate and bring it with you on the day of the course. You can access and take the pre-test and pre-course modules as many times as necessary. It should take you approximately 3-4 hours to complete the pre-course online modules.
